A few clear rules keep us compliant and our customers protected. When in doubt, ask the AI Accelerator Team before you act.
Do
- Use approved tools from the Tools page
- Review and fact-check every output before using it
- Label AI-assisted content when your team requires it
- Report issues or unexpected outputs to the AI Accelerator Team
Don't
- Paste customer PII, SSNs or account numbers into unapproved tools
- Use AI to make final credit or adverse-action decisions
- Share confidential OneMain data with public / consumer tools
- Assume outputs are accurate without checking
